Please arrive 30 minutes early to ensure the Behavioral Health Data Portal (BHDP) screening metrics are completed. BHDP is a Tri-Service outcome and screening tools that all patients will complete prior to the start of the appointment. Timely completion ensures that providers have time to review and discuss in session.
Walk-in hours are from 0730-1530
Following any Behavioral Health related ER visit, Service Members should report to the LAHC BH clinic at 0730 on the first business day after the ER visit or inpatient discharge. Bring your ER or inpatient discharge summary with you. Walk in, no appointment is required.
 
Multi-Disciplinary Clinic
The Multi-D Clinic is integrated within the Behavioral Health Service Line (BHSL) to provide sub-specialty BH services to Active Duty (AD) Service members (SMs), AD adult Family members and retirees.  These services include routine individual and group behavioral healthcare, neuropsychology services, forensic psychiatry/psychology services, consultation and liaison to non-BH specialty clinics.

1. Individual/group psychotherapy
2. Medication management
3. Nurse case management
4. Evaluation – separation, security clearance, sanity boards, command-directed, aeromedical
5. Triage or walk-in
6. Tele-behavioral health
7. Psychological testing
8. Referral to subspecialty or higher level of care – neuropsychology, forensic psychiatry/psychology, inpatient, residential
9. Couple therapy
10. Community outreach – classes, unit risk meetings, prevention activities
 
Substance Use Disorder Clinical Care
SUDCC is the Army’s model for providing outpatient substance use disorder (SUD) and other BH care in an integrated, unit-aligned, and co-located manner. Previously, under IMCOM and MEDCOM, substance use disorder outpatient care was relatively isolated in its own clinic separate from most other BH care services.  The SUDCC provides SUD treatment as part of a comprehensive plan to address total BH needs. LAHC SUDCC operates within the Multi-D BH.

3. Referral to intensive outpatient program or residential facility
4. Rehabilitation Team Meeting (RTM) - required for all mandatory enrollment. Command presence and involvement are important.

Family Advocacy Program

Army FAP is dedicated to domestic and child abuse prevention, education, prompt reporting, incident management and treatment.  FAP is a shared program between IMCOM and MEDCOM.  IMCOM FAP – Prevention primarily supports prevention and education, while MEDCOM FAP – Clinical supports incident management and treatment, as well as the FAP data administration and reporting requirements.
