Allergy/Immunology Service

Allergy immunization appointments are scheduled by appointment. Please call 334-255-7754 to schedule these appointments.
 
Appointments are now required for all immunization patients EXCEPT Active Duty. Immunization patients will check in at the PCC front desk and wait to be called back by the nurse.
 
Active Duty will check in at the front desk, but are the ONLY population authorized to walk-in any day of the week to support Readiness Requirements, Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
 
TB skin tests require a scheduled appointment available on Monday-Wednesday, and Friday. TB skin test readings will walk in to the front desk and will be called back by the nurse. Immunization clinic is only available to patients with a Lyster PCM.
 
A valid military ID card is required for all visits. There are no exceptions.
 
The influenza vaccination is administered on a seasonal basis. Please contact our clinic for more details.
 
Active Duty Soldiers scheduled to PCS to OCONUS assignments and those deploying overseas require a DA 4036-R from their unit. Vaccinations cannot be given without this form.
 
Alabama Blue Cards are issued in this clinic. Please bring all immunization records with you when you request the Blue Card. Alabama Blue Card requests may require a 72 hour turn-around time depending on the current clinic workload.
