Audiology Services
The Audiology Clinic provides complete audiometric and impedance evaluations to identify the degree and type of hearing loss and proper medical referral; hearing aid evaluation procedures; guidance and counseling for different types of hearing loss, use and care of hearing aids; minor repair of hearing aids, and electroacoustic analysis. When space is available, the RACHAP program is also provided to retirees and eligible spouse.
Appointments can be scheduled at the clinic or by calling the audiology front desk at (334) 255-7185 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Hearing Readiness
The Hearing Readiness section provides annual monitoring testing for all active duty service members and civilians enrolled in the Hearing Conservation Program. Hearing conservation and medical fitting of pre-formed hearing protection is completed on an annual basis for all military personnel and hearing conservation personnel at Fort Rucker.
The Audiologist provides health education classes upon request for units on Fort Rucker.

Appointment Times for Annual Hearing Testing are as follows:
- Monday/Friday: 8 a.m., 8:45 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 1:45 p.m.
- Tuesday: 8 a.m., 8:45 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 1:45 p.m., 2:30 p.m.
- Wednesday/Thursday: 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 1:45 p.m., 2:30 p.m.
- Closed Wednesday and Thursday mornings for flight physicals
