The primary objective of physical therapy is to maintain or regain maximum physical capacity, restore function and relieve pain in those individuals with neuromusculoskeletal disorders.

Direct Access Walk-in Clinic
- Tuesdays from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
- No PCM referral needed
- Active Duty only
- For injuries less than 3 months old
ACFT Performance Optimization Class
The Army Wellness Center and Lyster Army Health Clinic Physical Therapy are partnering to teach the ACFT Performance Optimization Class. The two-part class includes a classroom portion (Part 1) and hands-on practice and coaching using ACFT lane equipment (Part 2). Soldiers will receive handouts alongside the coaching and practice time to aid in learning from Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists & Physical Therapist.
WHO: Permanent Party and Flight School students. Maximum of 25 SM per class.
WHERE: Fort Novosel Physical Fitness Center
WHEN: Part 1 (classroom) & Part 2 (practice) taught separately on weekdays 6 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.
WHY: Improving Aviator readiness and ACFT pass scores
