Services:
Sick Call is available Monday - Friday from 6:00 a.m. till 6:30 a.m. for active duty personnel.
Sick Call provides acute medical care to active duty soldiers in student or permanent party status on Fort Rucker. Acute injuries and illnesses ONLY. Anything older than 72 hours, please make an appointment with your provider.
Sick Call not available on holidays and training holidays.

Flight Surgeon of the Day (FSOD) provides urgent care-type support to personnel on flight status.

Scheduling Appointments
You may schedule medical appointments at Lyster Army Health Clinic by calling the Lyster Central Appointment Line at 800-261-7193 between the hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday - Friday. You may also submit a message to request an appointment on the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal at https://patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil. A CAC or DS Logon is needed to access the patient portal. NOTE: FOR URGENT REQUESTS CALL THE APPOINTMENT LINE.

Contraceptive Care Walk-In Clinic
Available every Thursday from 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. on a space-available basis. Arrive NLT 3 p.m. As a walk-in clinic, no appointment is necessary, nor is a consult or referral required.

Immunizations
Immunization visits are on a walk-in basis; no appointment is needed.
Check in at the Primary Care Clinic Kiosks and click the "Walk-In" option on the screen. The front desk will call your ticket number, and you can proceed to the front desk to complete your check in process.
Alabama Blue Cards are issued in this clinic. A box is located near the check-in kiosks where you can fill out a form and drop in the box. The immunization nurse will prepare the Blue Card and call the patient within 72 business hours to pick up the card. When returning for pick up, please pull a ticket at the kiosk first and wait for your ticket number to be called to pick up your completed blue card.
