Lyster Army Health Clinic launched the first eight inaugural episodes of its new podcast titled, Lyster Health Talks. Podcast host, Lt. Col. Garrett Holt, Lyster Army Health Clinic Commander and Fort Novosel Health Services Director, invites the Fort Novosel community to listen in on lively discussions with health care professionals each month as they focus their discussion on relevant and relatable health content that empowers your health and the readiness of the force.
Each episode will focus on a specific health care-related topic. Lt. Col. Garrett Holt and his featured guests will examine challenges and explore techniques and solutions for improving your health education.
“We’re so excited to launch Lyster Health Talks,” exclaimed Holt. “Our intention is to offer our Fort Novosel community a fun and interesting venue to gain health care related insights and practical tips they can use in their everyday lives. Obviously, Lyster is passionate about health care, and we hope to share our enthusiasm for and commitment to quality through the podcast,” Holt stated.
In episode 1, Hey, weren’t you born here? Lt. Col. Holt celebrates the Month of the Military Child with special guests Mr. Doug Pawlik, Ms. Joni Martin, Ms. Teresa Waterworth, and Ms. Cynthia Howell. Listen in and find out from the team what it’s like to work where you were born.
