Virtual Yoga

Fort Rucker Army Base  –   LAHC is offering Virtual Yoga Classes from the comfort of your home, office or anywhere you are. The virtual Yoga classes will stream via Microsoft Teams which can be viewed on a mobile device, tablet, laptop or computer.
