Pharmacy Refill

Allow for five business days for processing refills called in by patient.

Routine refills are processed by phone. You may call the automated telephone refill system to refill your prescriptions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please be sure to have the last four of the sponsor’s social security number and prescription number on hand when using either of the refill systems. Allow for five business days for processing refills called in by patient.

Ordering Your Refills Via The Telephone
Step 1: For ALL Refills call the refill number listed on the rxbottle: 255-7671 or 877-520-1623.
Step 2: Press 1 for a refill.
Step 3: Enter the last four digits of your sponsor's social security number followed by the pound (#) key.
Step 4: Enter the numeric portion (only) of your prescription number (found in the upper left-hand corner on the prescription label) followed by the pound (#) key.
Step 5: Listen to the message verifying when your prescription will be ready. If you do not hear this portion of the recording, your attempt to refill your prescription by phone was not successful and you will need to start at Step 1 again.
Step 6: Visit the pharmacy Park & Pick Up during normal duty hours with the ID card of the patient to pick up the prescription(s). Printed copy of the patient ID card is also acceptable.

Refill Kiosk Hours Adjusted - Closing at 3 p.m.

Due to the MHS GENESIS transition, pharmacy wait times have increased. The Pharmacy Refill ticket kiosk will now close at 3 p.m. daily to ensure the team can maintain safety and quality control. This will provide time to complete the tickets of those already in the clinic.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we integrate MHS GENESIS to provide you with top-notch care.

Pharmacy refill parking area is located adjacent to Dustoff Street.

  • Have your military issued ID card and/if applicable your Yellow Card ready.
  • 3rd Wednesday Training Day: Pharmacy closes at 1200/noon
  • Masks are required during your visit to Lyster including Pharmacy.

Per CDC recommendations, we would like to remind everyone that masks are still required inside of health care facilities regardless of vaccination status.  You will be required to wear a mask at all times while receiving services at Lyster.

TRICARE Formulary Search Tool

Use the TRICARE Formulary Search Tool to look-up your drug. A search can tell you:

  • Formulary status (generic drug, brand-name drug, non-formulary drug, non-covered drug)
  • Where the prescription can be filled
  • Copayments and limitations, such as prior authorization
  • Coverage review requirements and forms
  • Alternative medications, including costs

To start your search, you’ll need to put in the brand name or generic name of the drug and then select the strength prescribed, as well as your gender and age.
