Pharmacy Park & Pick Up

Pharmacy Park & Pick Up Kiosk Hours Adjusted - Closing at 3 p.m.

Due to the MHS GENESIS transition, pharmacy wait times have increased. The Pharmacy Park & Pick Up ticket kiosk will now close at 3 p.m. daily to ensure the team can maintain safety and quality control. This will provide time to complete the tickets of those already in the clinic. Current wait times have exceeded two hours. We will post an update when we return to normal operating hours. We do apologize for this inconvenience. We ask for your patience and understanding as we integrate MHS GENESIS to provide you with top-notch care.

Park & Pick Up protocol: please wear a mask when interacting with staff. Pharmacy parking area is located adjacent to Dustoff Street.

• Have your military issued ID card and/if applicable your Yellow Card ready.
• 3^rd Wednesday Training Day: Pharmacy closes at 1200/noon

All other processes will remain the same including mandatory call in for refill prescriptions as well as completion of drop off forms for electronic or manually faxed prescriptions or for prescriptions requiring a hard copy. 
 
Per CDC recommendations, we would like to remind everyone that masks are still required inside of health care facilities regardless of vaccination status.  You will be required to wear a mask at all times while receiving services at Lyster.   Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at the Pharmacy Park and Pick Up.
